The Texas Real Estate Commission has determined that additional and continuing education regarding the promulgated
forms and documents is required and advisable for the Real Estate Community. This course is intended to provide
participants with an in-depth review, by paragraph, of the One to Four Family Contract (RESALE). Participants will come
away with a better understanding of this contract, not just what goes in the blanks, but also a better understanding of
the meaning and impact of the various provisions.
